1st Amendment Audit Reveals Scams And lies At SAPD Property Room!
If you are arrested in San Antonio by the SAPD it is a good bet you will be scammed out of $25 cash just to retrieve your own property for the property room. From what we can tell it has been going on for a long time. It is in my opinion that only taking cash is a sure way to insure corruption is profitable for the employee’s that work at this location.
Along with this scam another questionable policy is in place. If your gun is confiscated you have to come back twice. Once for you gun and on another day you can pick up your ammo. Thus guarantying a supply of free ammo to employees. Question how many of you will take off work to pick up a few rounds along with a second trip down town.
ExxonMobil Campus Houston and Pct.4 Houston illegally detain and conspire to deprive journalist of 1st Amendment.
Exxon Mobil hires off duty Police do its dirty work.To protect the fat checks these Deputies get from Exxon Mobil they will violate their Oath of Office and the Law as directed by Exxon Mobil Staff. These people have NO JURISDICTION on Public Property yet detain-against my will-me on a public street for questioning by Security Staff. These people-including the Deputies-take this action because they are not held accountable for their actions.
David Warden of News Now Houston was illegally detained and deprived of his rights by off duty cops working side job for ExxonMobil in Houston area. Their action could cost them in court but will be protected by the corrupt Pct 4 command. Earning the hate seems to be the norm for cops like this and with no regard to how it might affect the good cops around the country.

1st Amendment Auditor Falsely Arrested By Corrupt Boarder Patrol Agent! Agent Tries To Delete Video.
What people are saying:
These aren’t at the border, they are internal checkpoints. I go through them most every week and I haven’t been out of the U.S. in years. Agents here can only detain for ‘brief questioning of the vehicle’s occupants” and “any further detention or search must be based on [the greater showing of] consent or probable cause.” Once a driver indicates that he will not answer questions or consent to extend the detention or a search, then the only real option available to the agents are to quickly check for evidence of crime, such as contraband in plain view, and let him go if no evidence of crime is found. Living in fear is no way to live. Citizens have rights in the U.S. & they are constitutional. Citizens authority supersedes police officers authority when they break the law. And the law is the constitution. That’s where police officers get confused because they believe that they are the only ones in authority, which couldn’t be more inaccurate. Police officers are employed by local councils or authorities that always lead back to the government. And the government is a ruling body that is controlled funded & appointed by there citizens. Therefore citizens are an authority. The problem is police officers who are more interested in controlling citizens at all levels simply because they believe that they alone have the authority to do so. And it’s each police officers ignorance, temperaments attitudes, beliefs, ego’s & individual issues amplifying these problems too which continually conflicts with the laws they’ve sworn to uphold under the constitution. That makes those officers law breakers or in other words criminals. So that’s the bottom line. Officers who are exhibiting or actually directly involved in provocative or criminal behavior need to be exposed, educated or in extreme cases which have been on the increase for years stopped by removing them completely & or incarcerating them.
So I commend you guys because you’re the front line in this war on the criminals that have had free reign under the guise of local law for too long.
Constables Pct 6 Harris County Houston Tx. now forcing finger prints on law abiding citizens. You will be physically assaulted it you do not comply.
Training Deputy Constable Soto and Rookie Deputy Tippin of precinct 6 Harris County Houston Tx. assaulted a well known photographer and reporter David Warden of News
Nazi Pig Of The Month
Now Houston. His only crime according to Soto was legally photographing from public property. Yes I said legally, not a Type O. Any thing you can see from a public space can be photographed / videoed. This has been upheld many times by the courts. It’s a 1st amendment right.
According to Soto, photography is a suspicious activity. Suspicion is neither a misdemeanor or a felony and is not a legal reason to detain. Investigating a legal act is as well not a legal reason to detain. I’ve pointed this next fact in other articles but I feel compelled to re-state it here. It is important to this story. Texas is not I repeat not a stop and Identify state. In Texas you do not have to ID yourself unless you are legally under arrest. No matter what the officer say’s. Continue reading →
